He was the most affected by the dushmani, since he had to stay alone in Italy without any contact with his family, and he thought it was because of Bondita, so naturally he will hate her. Mujhe woh thoda immature laga, I guess kyunki he had no one to guide him, nor did he have any dreams to fulfil nor goals to achieve since uske hisaab se he would be doing zamindaari work after returning to India, so he thought there was no point in studying I guess. Also Kaka is somewhere to be blamed for his psychogiri, he knew what effect the dushmani had on Batuk yet refused to help or correct his thinking.
