Man idek why UD has TRP tbh.. what a crapfest of a show this has become.

Watching recent episodes of Anupama (I only started after Anuj's entry), and then these recent few weeks, its obvious why they have high TRP. What a brilliant writing esp. in the past couple weeks. I know Anupama has been high on drama in general but thats itv for you. The show went from showing struggles of middle aged housewife to now showing how she's going from regressive mindset to progressive thinking.

The progression of MaAn's relationship has been amazing. Anuj Kapadia has loved Anu deeply, unconditionally and with so much devotion without any expectation for 26 yrs and yesterday he confessed his feelings in an impulse in front of her (ex) family and Anu heard it all. And now they released a new promo where Anu didn't misunderstand Anuj or blame him. After overcoming her shock and disbelief at someone loving her so unconditionally, she just genuinely said, "Thank you, mujhse itna pyar karne ke liye dil se thank you". What a mature screenplay and writing man, never expected from ITV. Hats off . If you don't watch this show, just pls watch yesterday's and the next 2-3 episodes.

Sorry went off tangent but the point I was trying to make was Saravi needs to hire better writers and learn something from the top show. Instead of this crap twists and turns for TRP. Just show something organic, just proper progression of characters. Aghh its futile to expect from these makers

You know I saw a few clips here and there... Kinda loved it. Tho I left it at Anupama leaving home. It's just... idc how 'progressive' it seems, despite the fiery avatar it seriously put me off so much. I was in awe of how maturely they're just dealing with Anuj's ONS, and then bam! They throw that nonsense where everyone tries to question her 'morality' on the base of the fact that she might have slept with someone? Because somehow if a woman sleeps with more than one person they're immoral?

Honestly I can absolutely see why UD is getting TRPs. On ITV manhandling is the way characters 'romance'. Idiotically arrogant asshole ML have been around since forever, and it's been a hit, especially paired with innocent naive women. I don't have any misconceptions about ITV or the audience.

Once I'm done with this BS, I'll never ever ever look in ITV direction. Tauba Tauba. UD has boiled my blood more than any other show I've ever seen.

Only thing I don’t like is makers boarded an express train with Tejo Angad. They do have chemistry and spark but not given time for any progression its too much too soon.. 🤪
