Okay, I got it…umar and team tried their best to bring afsana in. Shamita blocked her and she got out. Thats why she got mad and had her panic attack.

She just wasn't up for performing smartly. The sanchalaks bias towards her was very visible. Very unfortunate but Affo should have stepped up and performed better.
