I dont know about the marriage bit because given a choice, noone should have been married off there after Manushi ran away, but he would have been a little more accommodative of her pain and suffering too in the period after that, instead of calling her out.

My point is that she was willing to accept Manushi for her brother's sake, she was okay with her on lifestyle terms, like we saw at the shop before the marriage. Masoom was civil to Manushi and Anubha, but her mom and her had concerns with Meet H. Do not think she would have been able to ridicule her like she does with Meet H.
