Also, you don't get to be a judge in roadies and other shows if you are a pushover which he is looking right now.

Hope one of the guests tell that directly on his face.. that you are looking like a doormat and pushover.. People run you down and you are not able to utter a word with specific examples..coz he gets stuck on that one instance where he was co-sanchalak with Shamita..and he thinks that's the only time he got dominated or didn't do or say enough.. He needs to be told that he comes across as a pushover all the time!

But I will say that Roadies is very diff from BB.. In Roadies as a judge, you are in a position of power so you have the upper hand over the contestants..Confidence is much higher in that position..so you can say whatever you want without getting retaliated

Here, they all contestants are on equal footing.. regardless of age or experience ..so even someone like Pratik who he has mentored can speak up against him..
