I find it so annoying when Ayush speaks at all. First of all he gives gyan like a 52 year old stuck in a 9 year old's body, on top of that he speaks at 0.5x speed, it's so irritating

Ex parte interim order ho sakta hai but that's only devakshi etc khud se don't go on summoning. Final order can't be without a party. Also literally noone asked suhana.

Also ex parte order se pehle kaafi dates aati hai. Konsa judge sanju ke liye thali baitha hai. Bina documentary evidence ke baat ho rhi hai. The court scenes were horrendeous.
