My highlights today:
Pallavi addressing all the times he snapped at her and pushed her away, hurting her self-esteem, making her question herself as a wife. How this would always make her doubt if she fell short in her love and made him go for another woman. Thank you writers.
This is our first Diwali together after marriage. Please let me be with you.
Tumhe ab ye haq NAHI hain.
Pehle din se meri zindagi barbaad karne pe tule huye the. *Clap clap clap* Congratulations. Tum kamyaab ho gaye...Jeet gaye tum Raghav Rao...Pallavi ko Pallavi se cheen liya tumne.
Tumhari takleef, tumhara dard, tumhara gussa, tumhara punching bag bante bante thak gayi hoon main. Tumhe kandha dete dete thak gayi hoon main. Ab apni galtiyon ka bojh tum KHUD uthaaoge. Mujhe mer adard sambhaalne do please.
As Pallavi leaves him standing there, Raghav's defeated look, him closing his eyes and those teardrops.
VD inquiring like a father for a change, and going as far as calling Amma Rao.
An abandoned Raghav breaking down.
A broken Pallavi reminiscing their too-good-to-be-true past.
Tanhayi isn't a favorite of mine BUT THE LYRICS WENT. SO. FRIGGIN. WELL with their pain and suffering. Whoever picked that song, mmuuuah, jiyo.
Pallavi in front of the mirror, breaking her Mangalsutra in one snap, then looking at it like she's staring at her worst nightmare. Shivangi's expressions here gave me goosebumps for real. So, SO impactful this scene was.
This is the FIRST episode in a long LONG time where we had Sunny-Esha bhai behen ki jodi for the least amount of time. LOVE IT.
Thanks for writing the dialogues down. They were so so beautiful. I don't even have Raghav on my mind right now. All I'm thinking is the pain Pallavi is going through. She can't even tell this to anyone, it's such a big thing but she needs to keep to herself.
How will she ever move on. I'm loving the fact they did address their marriage was based on hatred, he always wanted to hurt her and he gave her the worse pain of her life. Reminds me of similar dialogues Raghav said in a drunken state outside D house after the award ceremony.
Tanhai song was on point, not my favorite either but went so well with the feels.
I'm still reeling from this episode (better than last 2), I will need time to gather my thoughts.
Also, 18 more fantabulous episodes to go. They are upping the scale with each passing episode. How will I ever let them go.
