He imagined Pallavi and called for her. Even Esha knows that. Usne apne kaanon se suna but delulu ladki ko kaun samjhaye. Even if Raghav screams from rooftops she may not realise it.
Also, as far as Raghav acknowledging it goes, Sharada made a very valid point while we were discussing the episode where R confesses to P and she was wearing airpods. He accepts his mistakes and doesn't shift blame to hallucinations. And frankly even if he did tell her, it may not have made a difference. Her pain wouldn't have lessened.
