The problem is she is expecting him to take charge, be explicit about his expectations. She is thinking if he has no one in his heart, then why is he shying away to take next step. He on the other hand, is waiting for some indication from her side because he is not sure if she sees him as husband. And when she explicitely says so (As per KD), the guy's heart is broken. Rightly so. Either he has to gather courage and go forward or Sai should (Atleast) not talk this rubbish. I think given Sai's insecurities and Virat's muteness, it will be the latter unfortunately. Hence transfer is only option. Leena is a smart woman. 👍🏼

I actually dont think that the shoulder nudge was overtly flirty. I think it was simply playful but not necessarily screaming anything sexual/flirtation.

Calling each other "cute" on the other hand seems much more flirty.

I think the way I am with my guy friends, shoving them deliberately is not flirty but i would never call them "cute" or "handsome" or comment on their looks because that gets flirty.

Also hand on shoulder would be casual, side hug would be casual but normal hug thats tight n longer than a few secs or holding hand between both palms like virat did would be a tad too intimate.
