May be such people are so perfect in their life that they can't accept characters making mistakes, leaning from then and growing. The amount of bashing and name calling done by some senior members is so bad, seriously
Joined the PS forum quite recently myself.
The current tracks have shown much loved characters either suffering to a great extent or going against the behavior they have portrayed so far. Or new characters that are a hinderance to a certain pair getting together again. These are characters people love and they are just taking an opportunity to vent their frustration here. The mocking is all in fun. and often it’s hilarious. No one is actually bashing the actors. These are fictional characters. Just like characters are not perfect- neither are we forum members - we are human too 😄 and we will have opinions and comments that may not always be positive.
I love the story/ characters myself and it’s part of the nature of these shows that you become emotionally invested.
People vent frustration, threaten to leave etc . It’s in the spirit of watching the show.
Plus I have visited several serial forums- I have yet to find a ‘perfectly positive ‘ one where people only speak positively about the characters.
Hope we all get tracks we enjoy all the time 😁
