I actually think, she didnt question question salman. She tried to be cute, the way she was with RS in kkk. I think rohit being present and giving her a bhav, emboldened her to behave sane way with salman.

They should remove the OTT contestants for 2 weeks and let the internal rivalry grow between the main house people. Bring them back as wild card after 2 weeks. The Junglewasis have internal issues with each other but in every task they stand united against OTT guys which is not letting them voice their opinion against each other.
