The negativity surrounding his character reached him too imo . Some people don't realize that an actor is not responsible for the actions of his character.
And vo toh character se bhi itna attached hain ki agar character bashing bhi hoti hain jo iss track mein bahut hui hain usko bura lagega.

Is this related to current track and all the bashing criticism he is receiving as Raghav? Because no matter what, after a ccertain point the negativity does start affecting. Msgs, tweets padhne ka mann nahi karta why would he say that otherwise? He used to get tons of msgs before as well.

I have seen big names behave rudely with fans when there character gets backlash they try to justify it but sai is surely handling it much much better than many I have seen.

Obviously Gunjan because last two weeks is bad for raghav.. don't know about Twitter but I can see most of them can't see raghav like this so he would have stopped seeing the messages because it's affect him and he is emotional so we know someone would have given the wise advice to stay away for sometime.
Like he said he can't do anything about the track..

Nobody sends him shipping messages. They make vms and stuff which he himself likes. And abhi khud shivangi ke saath stories share kari usne. His character getting bashed left right and centre took a toll on him finally.

He don't afraid from the accepting what is wrong..he accepted on live, sharing on ig status... like you said Many justify them but he accepting it and also requesting fans to wait because lot to come. He really handling it well and someone is their to support him emotionally too. He is on right hands š
