It seemed like the guys protected the girls situation, shivi were next to each other. Thus shiva protected raavi. Hence proved.

You know we will get the explanation that it was not his fault that he got kissed, which I agree but the reaction after it was totally his fault. He infact used it to make Raavi jealous and insecure😆
