Yeah this guy can't even see beyond this girl. It was always the case even before he married or fell in love with her. His eyes were stuck on her.

Also, Esha is being total delulu because she's ignoring the loud and clear confession Raghav kept doing that he loves her. Just because he's changing his behaviour she things he needs to be rescued.
