I must be getting old and my brain must not be working, but hiw is jay responsible for the remaining 25 lakh?

Assuming jay aur prateek nahi ladte, and yehi 5 rounds hote to 4 jodiyan and sanchalak andar jate shayad un 4 pairs mein ek jay and prateek hote... but baki ke log to bahar hi rehte na??? Unko bhi yehi chance milta na? Ki 25 lakh ke badle tum sab jao andar! Nahi?

For me shammo's lack of logic is irritating like hell.

What's the point of saying agar tumne kal ye kiya hota ya parson aisa nahi kiya hota, areey baba past khatam ho chuka hai, he can do nothing about it, under the present circumstances he did what had to be done bass.
