It's pretty evident when you sign up for BB you sign your personal will and freedom. To me atleast this whole exercise of Jay felt absolutely unnecessary and tiring.
I agree that he was wrong when he didn't let P play and his reasoning was wrong but what Jai did today was actually a good decision.
