All that is happening today is because of the enablers in BW fraternity who supported these evil powers…. They if they had United against common enemy to aaj yahan tak baat na aati…. Those papers must be really heavy. Puri ki puri team ko mannat jana pada. They could have asked him to submit documents, someone from his staff would have done that favor. Or they wanted to see mannat to decide ransom?

I am sorry for commenting here, as I generally refrain from posting just follow everything quietly, but this is too much now..

I am not able to understand why SRK is not doing case on NCB in Supreme court? An individual's fundamental right is being toyed with which is a indirect attack on constitution of India.

Supreme Court has time and again set precedent that nobody can mess with Fundamental right of citizens of India. If SRK who has so much reach and money won't go there then I don't know what we common people will do.

Please add me to members list so that I can post ocassionally here and discuss the case.

SRK can go to Supreme Court only after High court verdict its a procedure about fundamental rights I think first he wants Aryan@home then he may think next step

I understand your point, but then also he can apply in High court na, if he was any evidence that state/government has any vested interest in this matter then SC will consider this case. Wasting time on this Narcotics courts is not bearing any results plus he is playing right in the hands of the opposite party.

I cannot teach a parent about the betterment of their child, but here a young individual future is on the line and everybody is acting like a pawn in a game.

Maybe if SRK had gone to High court/Supreme court earlier Aryan would have been at home by now.

Indian Judiciary system is a lengthy and tiring process, if things are left on their own devices it will take years to reach a conclusion, so will a individual will suffer for such a long process.

As far as I know, they can approach SC directly only in certain cases.
