Monu is going to have tough time handling this task .Reasons is she can't even raise her voice,when cadets start fighting for silly thing,accuses / blame eachother for silly reasons doesn't work as team,nd most important to stop the attack she needs plans nd person to fit in that plan too,so he/ she doesn't back off / gets scared.its a huge responsibility nd she has to make sure she does it correctly.rightly now she has to focus,think how will she do this,prove it rather than thinking how to impress karan /what will he think about me if I fail.

She has got a chance to prove herself do something for her nd others too,make people listen to her nd work as team not worrying about consequences.she has always been scared kitty,didn't stand for herself nor took decisions for herself.has always been controlled by her dad but now she has control/ command on her hands.she will learn something new nd important,will come out from the shell nd see/ face the reality.will realize saying nd doing both r different.

Am looking forward for this task under her captaincy,won't be easy for her but still want her to struggle nd face that.she needs to prove herself not to karan or her dad.she has to believe on herself nd become more self confident that is less on her.

Hope makers/ CVS doesn't ruin the upcoming episode.

Same, I'm waiting to see her growth.

She has a spine, otherwise she couldn't have become a Dr - she'd be the same as Sid.

She needs that platform to come out of the cocoon of her father's expectations and I guess that's why she didn't backtrack and refuse the captaincy.
