I saw the post regarding Moran and viewership, it only reveals how fans care about two characters out of 6 in a show😂. I guess ph turned seeing online chatter and now showing this. This is a topic which always comes on youth centric shows and imo online viewership is miniscule compared to offline. We can trend and watch it won't even effect .1 rating out of .6.

I never blame makers. Unka roji roti jaise marzi chalao. If they sustain and increase viewership like this good for them. Recently only sakk made me that pissed ab to nothing phases me anymore 😂😂😂😂 and I don't think fans, with all of their creativity can write a tv show. Tv writing is different and need to click with viewers on urgent basis. The makers are in this market for decades and know it. We may think writing this or that will be good- but good for us only. Fanfics are about pleasing writer and some readers, tv is different.

Actually, Sony Group has had a history of very nice shows. Before diversifying to SAB and after as well. Eg: Alpaviram, Ek Ladki Anjaani Si, Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahiin (initially), Family No.1, Office Office.

Could be because they were limited period shows, the charm and quality was intact. Because the start and end was defined.

Even if the viewership dipped for a slight period, the subjects are so potent that they are backed.

I agree with you, to be fair, to the channel, they are not running a charity and they need viewership, advertising to survive. Most times, writers end up succumbing to peer pressure with knee-jerk reactions which are far from organic.

Why are we worked up with ALL this? I guess, its human tendency to get too associated with shows 🤦🏻‍♀️.
