You know who that guy kissing his ass is in the video?

It's that SSR bot Nilotpal, who runs daily Boycott Bullyweed trends.

He is fully immersed in this culture of SSR/BJP bots and even meets and celebrates with them in the real world.

Nilotpal is also a BJP guy. I used to always ask the SSR justice warriors that have they ever wondered why all their so called "leaders" from Nilotpal to Arnab to Eray Cather to Pradeep Bhandari to the ministers on TV talking about proof of murder are BJP guys? Never got an answer.

Everything is Political in this country since 2014. You can predict that with your eyes closed, like Blue Ice did when the news first came out.

She wants the public to come forward and 'help ' the NCB nab drug addicts. And she says she's a lawyer ? They must have set the bar too low.

Born from true blood lol. So if Fletcher Patel is such a respectable person( because he was in the army) why does he work as a professional witness? Open a dhaba or an Etsy shop instead of taking money to lie and commiting perjury .

Aryan is charged under much bigger offenses including 20b & 8C which include not just possession but also sale, manufacturing & distribution of contraband. These cannot be transfered until first heard by an NCB course.

I think Bharti's lawyer was just revealing his strategy and the writer made it look like he's throwing shade at Maneshinde. Different cases, different charges.

Maneshinde didn't ask for bail or Judicial custody which should have been their primary concern from day 1 because ASG wasn't there to create pressure

its just What if he had asked for Judicial custody on day 1

It wouldn't have made a difference. Arbaaz Merchants lawyer already did that in the same hearing. Judicial custody was never going to happen in a million years when section 20a is involved.

Remand is essentially Protocol like I said before when the charges include serious crimes like Illicit trafficking. All the NCB had to say was their investigation is ongoing and thats exactly what they did.

Maneshinde had also subsequently filed for Bail during the remand hearing.

Look when serious charges are involved like in this case and Rhea's case for that matter, remand is essentially guaranteed. No matter what ANY lawyer said was going to change a reasonable 48 hr remand. The judge also knows that the trafficking charges are BS, like all of us but they cannot stop a drug investigation.

Btw this Fletcher Patel angle is HUGE. Depends on the judge but this could make the arrest itself "Illegal".

According to Section 100 (4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure Act, “The officer.. shall call upon two or more independent and respectable inhabitants of the locality in which the place to be searched is situated or of any other locality if no such inhabitant of the said locality is available or is willing to be a witness to the search…

The witnesses MUST be independent which means not known to the NCB beforehand which could make them Biased. So far, we've had a BJP Leader, Wakhende's close friend & An absconding private detective with a warrant against him. I don't know how this case even makes to trial just based on this. It should be thrown out just based on these facts.

It just goes on to show how laws can be misused so easily to harass people. They need to be severely punished. God knows for how long they have been harassing people.

Yeah the arrest is absolutely "Illegal"...Wakhede clearly has no regards for protocol/operating procedure. I think its become clearer that this case will be thrown out, which is why the PR articles of Aryan promising Wakhede that he'll make him proud & NCB "willing" to drop the case after talks with SRK & Salman.

Wakhede trying to paint himself as the big hearted Messiah whose giving a young man another chance at life. The reality is he has no ground to stand on. He has "biased" witnesses whose testimony can never be admissible in court, ridiculous charges & illegal detention.

You maybe right that remand is essentially a protocol but various lawyers who spoke on this case said he shouldn’t have been sent to remand, I guess that’s not mandatory although one can say his arguments for bail wouldn’t have been fruitful but I need to read more on the provisions on case and if magistrate has the right to reject police custody or not….

Although one thing I understand here from Maneshinde’s view is that it was possible NCB would have asked time to answer the bail application which wouldn’t have worked for him and his asking for bail the next day was a better option for him

Just wondering, The arrest is illegal, what should be the next step to make sure Wankhede pays for what he did?
