It happened both with my sister and sister in law (both were pregnant at the same time )and when their doctor on the told them that high chance is baby has been aborted , the look on their face I can never forget

Dhara /shiny did well in that scene in showing that fear of losing your child

And krutika is always great

Suman is like that mother in law which u sometimes dislike a lot but then somedays u love her like own mother 😆
