Government should ban these papped, spotted celebrity things. Celebrities pay the reporters for this just to stay in the public eye. I feel instead of doing this reporters should pap businessmen, athletes, the army, scientists... That would be really good for youth who will think of different career options, not just the glamour world. Sometimes it's annoying to see their pics everywhere ...

There's just so many things wrong with this post. I don't know where to begin but this is something my grandfather would say.

Okay, I will try.

If celebrities pay reporters to click their photos, there is nothing wrong with it. Celebrities are benefitting by getting fame, paps are benefitting by earning a livelihood, people get entertained by celebrities' lives free of cost. It's a win-win.

Business people (not just men), athletes, scientists etc. get their pics clicked from time to time. Everyone knows nobody likes to see them, which is why paps don't click them. It's a waste of time and effort.

The youth of this country are free to choose what to watch, who to follow. To suggest that the youth are incapable of knowing what is good for them may be true - in which case, what is required is reforms in education system, not paparazzi culture.

If it's annoying to see pictures of celebrities, one can choose to not see them.

Maybe some celebrities do but that's not a reason for the govt to ban it. The govt should focus on banning unethical 'news' channels that peddle lies and commit fraud instead. The tons of young people who prepare for NEET or JEE among other things should convince you that people are aware of other career options .

My point is more % of the news is about Bollywood(I am ok with their work but papped at the airport salon clinic) is wrong. if you keep hammer these things in youth minds they get easily attracted towards the glam world but if 50% of youth choose the business option as a career India will be one of the rich and powerful countries in the world. I know by paying media reporters can solve the unemployment issue but it will not help the country economically.

agar Ek businessman/woman ki successful story aap bar bar dikhaoge atleast 4 out of 10 youth will change their mind.. agar aap bussiness person athletes scientist ko wo glamour ,celebrity status doge toh India will be a powerful country like USA, UK.... Education is the same everywhere... Jaise USA me kids know about NASA/SpaceX than the Hollywood. India me kids ko flop actor/actress pata hoge but not about ISRO scientist...and kids to aur easily attract hote hai movies n all .... wahi mind set aage jake (youth)career ban jata hai...I am not saying bollywood career is bad but aadhe se jyada waha honge to india kaise tarakki karega..

yes If I want I can ignore seeing the celeb pics but news me agar 95% Bollywood hi hai to kya kare...

simple ki aap scientist, good politician, army ko wo glam world doge to chota bacha bhi bolega main bada hoke K.Sivan banunga...

I ageee. I think all photographers should only click ModiJi's pictures instead. He's the biggest celeb in the country, loves posing 24/7 & he motivates every single youth in this country.

Instead of half the billboards in the country, every billboard should have Modi & along with our vaccine passport...our birth certificates, degrees & passports should also have Modi's picture on it. This will make sure the youth is constantly motivated.
