I dnt understand why do they have to stop that scene right there..dnt they knw it will hurt shivi fans sentiments badly hanging on such a scene..unless they want to ruin their own fandom by butchering the most popular couple of their show for some adamant backbone.. I can't understand their thinking..I knw they dnt give a damn abt logic..but I thought they would atleast know how popularity and money relates . ..they dnt even know business if they do such things.
I think the makers know exactly what they're doing. As much as we'd like to call them dumb, they're not. They know people will/can leave if they want, but more will come when the popularity keeps growing or is stable at the very least. Constant trps means constant growth. They know most people who watch for shivi will probably continue, and hence, they're taking advantage of the love people have for Shiva/Raavi. It's sad, but true. And they know any sort of scene regarding shivi, regardless if it's negative, or positive, will evoke extreme reactions from the fans. That's what they got today. They must be very happy :/
So, publicity of any kind is good for them, whether it's negative, or positive. They don't care about our sentiments. It's all about business for them. We can rant, we can scream, we can curse, they will continue to do what they want.
Makes my heart hurt but it is what it is. ITV shows should be banned, or at least have some sort of limitation to what they can show onscreen, but again, regressiveness sells
