Chances of Rohan related to Anuj

Knowing ITV ans drama, how many of you feel Rohan and Anuj are related?

Worst possible will be he is Anuj son. I don't want them to be related, pls spare us the unnecessary drama

But nandini does know who rohan's father is . She had met anuj too. If anuj is his father then nandini wld have revealed it to family or else atleast to anupamaa and samar na. So i hope rohan should not be related to anuj in any way 😥😥😥🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞😭😭
