Salman was good in this weekend ka vaar. But i had a problem with him on one thing. I really don’t care about Shamita as such but while talking to Nishant he said something like Pratik samajh gaya, Nishant samajh gaya, karan samajh gaya, Raj Kundra samajh gaya…Raj kundra!?? And shamita was taken aback when she heard that and everyone laughed… did he really need to say that!?
I found that super duper disrespectful to the family. Yes..Raj kundra is wrong but what has Shamita done here? The family is embarrassed enough and he didn’t really need to add that.
As a person he’s so off, weird and arrogant. He says about his wrong doings killings in such a funny proud way and starts talking about other ppls personal things which is none of his business. That’s why i have ever liked him as a person.

None of the actions done by pratik was wrong but the way he said some things were wrong and i totally agree but to say something that demeaning to a person on national television by someone who you idealize is very wrong. Just once put and try to understand his situation. Haven't you ever done anything wrong? If someone tells you that only because of that you will never be successfull ever in life and tell you like tu is nali ka kida hai aur issi me rahega how you will feel. There are soo many people h who have done bigger mistakes than what pratik has said but salman never reacted on them why? Only because he knows jay/karan from outside for that reason no need to say anything to them?

Dont tell me about vidhis insident. Vidhi by herself said that I will make this mudda after 1 hour the incident happend. You are the person who is just trying to coverup salmans action and nothing else. And if you consider his action that voilent then you should never talk single things about salman. He roadkilled many people everyone is aware of that but everyone forgiven him but when it comes to prathik for breaking glass/instigating people (that everyone does which is called brilliant game when others do it) he is devil. No one gives anyone right to abuse anyones mother in front of national tv!

This is one of the best thought provoking post that I have come across in ages. Thank you. My views about Pratik's echoes yours. He didn't win the OTT did he?

When I started watching initially, I gave him benefit of the doubt thinking he is young and he may have a method to his madness. However, after the breaking things and taking the latch off the door, I just found him to be very immature and he has no rhyme or rhythm. If this is how he expects to win the show he obviously has zero understanding of anything. Salman Khan was correct is saying that he will hop from one show to other, I mean apart from reality shows what is his claim to fame? Whereas Karan and Jay are established actor who have struggled.

Pratik can have his fans support him (if he has any real fans) but it doesn't take away from the fact that he is practically a nobody in the industry terms. When a man loses his temper he is not taken seriously and won't go far. Anger can only take you so far. Reminds me of the line from that song is Prassthanam" Sayyam khode jo saksh, kabhi tikta nai". Now it is up to Pratik to take advice or not.

He continuously acted like a spoiled brat, a temper throwing toddler kicking his toys out of his cot, and basically being a nuisance. Why would you take the latch off when someone is inside, what is that going to achieve? Like Vishal said he had the map now sit and watch others go crazy, but no! He wanted for whatever reason to go and be irritating.

I loved when he got reprimanded by SK. This boy isn't going to go anywhere but other reality shows if he doesn't get his act together.

Absolutely. Thank you for your response! With the whole nepotism debate (Insiders vs outsiders) and new folks Vs old folks debate that was stretched beyond measure last year due to a celeb passing away, people have taken the 'Oh I am a new Boy in town. I am struggling. I've done everything on my own' thing too seriously. To give Pratik a free pass to be a bully, a moron infact and a pest is silly. This kind of behavior will not be tolerated in countries that recognize this as bullying / harassment and forcefully trying to provoke people, in an attempt to boast that everyone's cornered me. That's BS.

Jay and Karan have been newcomers at some point too. Close to 15 years ago. They've worked hard and struggled their way too and if they have conducted themselves greatly - they will be praised. If a Moron like Pratik conducts himself like a 'fool, an idiot' in Salman's word, he will be reprimanded.

Vishal was so wise to point that logic out, of him having no reason to try and insert himself in the situation with the Junglewaasis. He was just trying too hard for footage. Anger and attitude issues will take people nowhere in life. The entire discussion about him yesterday reflected so poorly on him and he earned that.

I think Salman handled and advised Pratik very well. And while he didn’t apologize for what he said to Pratik but he explained what he meant, and I feel his (Salman) tone was apologetic. this matter was handled very well.

This is the first time, when Salman stood for the right (in Pratiks case) it was handled very well. Previously he didn’t take class of people doing wrong (mostly when it was the channels favorite) it was painful to watch.
Gotta give it the host for this Saturday!! Well done. Although I don’t appreciate the word but I get the point.

I couldn't help but respond, it was very well put 😊 You are again very correct and frankly I do not understand the "nepotism" issue within the industry. That celeb's passing was very sad but to make it an issue and especially by other celebs was classless in my opinion. I mean when Kananga's daughter or son wants to join the industry will she say no and cry nepotism? Anyway, this is not the forum so I shan't elaborate more but I do agree with you. What Pratik did was beyond any justification. He is like a spoilt brat who refuses to understand NO. When everyone was explaining it to him he was becoming more and more belligerent, rather than going okay I have f*****d up so if I don't want to apologize, I will just not create more drama, he went and made it worst by harping on and on about it.

SK knows this and pointed it out which was great. It was so cringeworthy to watch him make a puppet out of himself 24/7. I was thinking does he even realize how revolting he is appearing? Having fans is irrelevant when they don't translate to getting votes. He wouldn't let anyone speak but just kept going on and on and on but in front of Salman he couldn't do that. I recall him trying to justify himself but he was cut off and rightly so.

Karan and Jay are established but they have had a hard journey like you said. They have made themselves and what is Pratik? Reality TVs up and coming prince? Well I am curious if he won any of those shows and if he did why didn't he try something else rather than hoping from one reality show to other?

I doubt he will change though - he has zero maturity and he thinks he is right which is a very dangerous combination. He can do whatever he wants but like SK said he will not grow if he continues doing this and eventually people will find other fan who will be someone else. Vishal was correct that he wanted that footage and I guess he got it too but what did he gained from it? I really don't like that boy, I find him supremely annoying.

Nope! I doubt he's won any. He's got a very resentful attitude as well about things that don't go his way. Bigg Boss OTT had one of his ex MTV show contestant called Divya Agarwal who won BB OTT. She won that MTV show apparently as well and the WAY he harassed her on OTT. Man! It was pathetic.

Divya shined in BB OTT though. Pratik seems to be an extreme. He'll either make you a 'Bhai/Behen' it seems, ONLY to use that as a card in the future and to resent you. Or to use you as a side kick, like he uses Nishant now - who was a strong individual player and the runner up in BB OTT.

So if you lick his feet like Nishant and Neha did, he'll keep you around. If you're shining in your own light and refuse to be his sidekick, he'll malign you like he did Divya Agarwal on OTT from the stage! Salman showed that clip yesterday of Pratik when the panel discussion began😆

And I agree, he won't change. Too arrogant for that, we've seen that.

He appears to be a very childish and immature person, doesn't he? Things almost never go your way when you are playing a game, didn't anyone teach him that lol? So harassing is his go to thing? But looks like he has met his match this time. He seriously cannot think that harassing Jay, Karan, Umair, and Vishal will mean them not saying a word and taking his shenanigans.

He has no strategy and he wants to win every fight. Karan is amazingly smart he knew the weak points of Pratik and Pratik should have known that his mentor is in the game now so he should up his ante but instead he literally played the way Karan wanted him to and it was absolutely mind-blowing to watch. Nishant I feel sad for him because to support a man boy who has no idea about anything is just a recipe for disaster.

He has met his match this time - Salman is no Karan J and his opponents are game players themselves. You know there is a saying that a teacher never teaches his pupil everything and Pratik should have remembered that. Playing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result is definition of insanity. Why is he doing the things which didn't help him win last time? Wouldn't you change your tactics knowing that last time you tried this you lost?

He won't change and won't last long. Until he goes on some other reality show like SK said :)
