Shiva should be Lakshman.

Dev is Bharat, everyone else sacrificed for him because of his mother’s tricks. Dashrath, lost his life, Ram, Sita, Lakshman went to vanvas, Urmila was lonely as her husband left her to give undivided attention to Ram and Sita. Being a second born Bharat is the right character for him😕

Though I would like Pandaya Stores to not do this, it’s happening anyways. Here’s my take on this upcoming Ramayan enactment track.

1. Laxman is the third son and he is most loyal to his brother that he decided to leave with his brother together for his exile. He left his wife in castle so that she didn’t have to endure hardships of exiled life. Shiva is so similar to Laxman, he sacrificed his studies for helping his brother. Though he likes Raavi, he still thinks separating is good for her.

2. Bharat is second born son and he did look after the kingdom for 14 years on behalf of Ram. If they are going by age, Dev should have been Bharat. He did not have to sacrifice anything and got everything without asking for it. He got love of his life Rishita, in expense of Rishita risking her family ties and Ravi withdrawing from marriage and marrying Shiva instead.

On a different note, I think Dev playing Laxman is due to close ties with ✨✨

How does it matter yaar… I know they are messing up with mythology but may be this track has something else as an objective… plus this is Shiva-Raavi story…

I have pointed out this earlier… every track every kaand is directly/indirectly affected their relationship … shaadi, kidnapping, pooja, kesar kaand, khaana kaand, tel kaand,jeera kaand, kangan kaand, mannat kaand… etc etc…

if you notice closely they are at the centre of every couple dance and majority of focus is on them whether it’s supposed sangeet of dev and Raavi… bonfire dance.. reception dance, raavi bday party dance…and today’s glitter parade dance…

leaving mythology aside, how does it matter whether he plays laxman or not.. he may have some other important role to play or nay be Shiva-Raavi are not present at all in this nautanki and somewhere else… just wait and watch..

personally I don’t want them to be part of this nautanki…

even if he is there.. so dev being dev.. wo chahe bharat bne ya laxman… 2 lines se jyada kuch hoga ni usko bolne k liye…wo ya to rishita pr chillata h… ya mute spectators haise sunta rhta h..so I am not worried…hero to apna shiva hi h….

I don’t want ShiVi to be part of this. There’s so much going on their married life and there’s no personal space. Always kaand happening and no space to stand and think about previous one.

The twist is apparently related to GauRa according to kinshuk, it doesn't have much to do with shivi but we'll see

Agree. Either Lakshman or Hanuman would have suited Shiva. He is in no way Bharat. Instead of playing Bharat I would prefer that Shiva stay away from this weird naatak mandli altogether 😆

Dev as Lakshman won't have much to do anyway. He will say some token dialogues and stand in a corner. Everything will be done by bhabhi maa 🤪

Since PS makers are introducing their own twists on Ramayan, I wonder if bhabhi maa will be the one to kill Raavan, since she always has to take up the most important role 😆
