To those wondering why Bhai got the bail and SRK couldn't....its because there was no framing and conspiracy against Bhai....on the other hand...Aryan has been framed....so they are making that he doesn't get out...that is the difference..

SRK could have done the same...if this was a neutral case in the sense that no one was behind it..

His team of Lawyers were working the case for YEARS ... All paperwork, court staff were at standby in HC even before ruling at session court started. I can understand how painful it is for the parents to see their child suffer, but legal system don't work on emotions. Its all about logic, arguments which requires time to think, try, test every possible points, brainstorm different opinions, points of views. If I were SRK I would give lawyers to think properly, hire as many as 10 good lawyers. Bring them in boardroom, lock them up in a resort let them work out plan for 24- 48 hours. Then make another appeal.

But still there are chances, within that time case for prosecution might get more. Stronger incriminating evidences might surface within that time frame. Investigation team might get hold of strong witness, confessions from other accused members.

I legal system, you never know. But still I would take my chance giving enough time for lawyers to think properly every aspect of the case.
