I have bashed the writers, used choice words on them, called them useless, sasta nasha smoking people but nothing seemed to be working. It is like they don't have any shame

It was just the 8 of them plus Mami and Anita, so they didn't think it's a big deal but you never know what the other person wants and thinks. Don't you have to be smart about who you mingle with and what kind of people they are and what they expect from you.

This is PS and itv so we often just gloss over things. But what Gautam did is indeed problematic. No woman in reality would be okay with it.

And the pandya family as a whole have seen the kind of woman Anita is so ALL of them, not only Shiva, should be weary of her actions. The fact that she has behaved suspiciously plenty of times should be a dead giveaway but again, we can't expect much from these characters.

Gautam being the supposedly mature and most sensible one, with a pregnant wife who almost got injured badly, should be the last person to be getting all touchy feely with his ex.

He could have thanked her in words. The hug (as much as I liked seeing it for all the wrong reasons lol) should not have occurred. That kind of hug is something you reserve for your partner.

The dancing was so out of place and out of character. Ill enjoy it, seperating it from the storyline as a Im a sucker for dance sequences

Jokes apart though, as much as I enjoyed that hug being a GaOily ship member 🤣, it shouldn't have happened. Totally unrealistic and out-of-character move from Gautam. Unless the Chaubeys are GaOily shippers, I don't know why they included that 🤪
