What is the meaning of Judicial Custody? Police Custody means that police has the physical custody of the accused while Judicial Custody means an accused is in the custody of the concerned Magistrate. In former, the accused is lodged in police station lockup while in latter, it is the jail.

accused means Aryan Khan

He is not spending night in Jail. Still at NCB. If tomorrow he is not granted bail then will go to jail. But I think will get bail.

See I absolutely not judge anyone if they are not coming out openly in support...everyone has their own battles and ..if this can happen to someone like SRK...it can happen to any one....I am surprised that Hritik chose to do this...he has 2 young kids of his own and it is very brave of him...but I am not judging anyone who is not openly supporting...any more than I wanted SRK to support when others were in trouble...they all have to look out for their own families..

Suzanne was the first, she said he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Insinuating that he’s innocent. Surely, they know him for years.

Also, till now NCB hasn’t got anything shows that there ain’t anything. Na phone main na kuch. They already checked his messages.. forensics I doubt anything will come out that will help their case. Warna abhi tak aa hi jaata the way they are after him like their life depends on it
