I still don't get this.
If nothing was recovered from Aryan, how can they arrest him?
I understand the need to investigate but why arrest?
Is this legal and normal?
The NCB made it legal the first time by most probably lying... Then they had time to figure out how to keep Aryan in custody /remain) under a special act ...and the court agreed.
This act allows to keep an accused in remain days, weeks, months and even years when the court accepts the reason(s) given by the NCB. They did so in the 4th of October.
Today, I am almost sure NCB will give again a reason to keep Aryan in remain. It depends on the court (judge)...well...we'll see...
