Illegal tu kisi ko bina saboot k bund karna bhi hai, ncb raid pay political person aur private detective ka hona bhi hai, detained person ko kisi aur dept mein transfer karna bhi illegal hai

Drugs tu Abhi tak mili Nahin magar baki sab kuch saboot k saath ho chuka hai.

But drugs wasn’t found on him as per NCB.

If he did do drugs in foreign land then Indian laws don’t apply.

Drugs is harmful but drugs mile toh sahi to condemn him.

The fact that some laws are such. People can get dragged to court and their names are maligned forever. Even if he’s innocent and he gets free. He’s really young and will be scarred for life.

People taking advantage of law for personal gain should be punished severely, reminds me how a girl got fight with a guy in Delhi on the roads and filed a case of sexual harassment just to get back at him. He lost his job, continues to go to court and the girl fled to Canada and doesn’t even appear in court. So it just gets dragged on.
