I think she didn't remember. She seemed to be thinking but Sai remembered it clearly. After he started narrating, she might have remembered ki haan yehi hua tha.

i think she has a different idea/perspective of when they started to become friends (prob after she was sick and back on sets regularly).

You wrote exactly what I was thinking. Those bts clips, I was a little confused earlier. Now seeing this and hearing what Sai said, I can imagine that everytime there’s a slight chance of Shivi falling sick, he’ll go into that phase and do everything to make sure that she’s okay.
