As an Indian,I got admitted lots of time in hospital...and have seen lots of serious cases,but I am first time hearing that they need husband's signature...Well surely I am unmarried even I am not adult,but as per I know that they need a signature of family member or gurdian...so as per gurdian we can say that they need Virat's Signature...but husband's signature is quite odd... 🤓anyway why its matter,its ITV everything is possible???😆

I think husband k signature isiliye kaha hoga kyunki life threatening surgeries mein ya to patient ka ya uski family ka consent zaruri h but Sai k aaba nahin hai and as a husband Virat is the only one who can give consent and not his family.

Immediate family ka consent chahiye hota ya to parents ya patient ya husband/wife even brother sister ka bhi nhi chlta pr agar parents ya husband/wife na ho to brother/sister ka consent chl jata h

Ye life threatening situation me hota h kyunki ab aapki family k alawa to ye consent koi nhi de skta or agar Virat out station hota to jo emergency contact h uska signature chahiye hota

But I think ye world me hr jagah hota hoga consent form wala process ha jo bilkul hi death bed pr uski surgery immediately krna zaruri or kahi jagah to court ka consent chlta h jb koi immediate ya aas pas k relatives na ho agar surged ko 1-2 hrs hold pr rakha ja sakta h to warna emergency base pr consent jo sath aaya ho uska bhi chalta hai

Your life is protected under constitution (In India it is under Article 21 of Indian constitution and this my understanding on this , I don’t know about other countries) so not any person can give the consent.but it would be more or less same for all countries

It is usually the closest relative... Since Sai is married, Virat by default becomes her closest relative right now for signing purposes. Not even Usha Maushi. Not even anyone from the family..

Today everyone was mostly bad..Even Kaku was weird...Gazab acting kiye hain aaj sab...it was a comedy show...Everyone on all sites are talking about how bad all actors look now...

Neil was OTT in some initial parts...his body language was bad when he entered the DIG's office...looked too much...and in bits during his conversation with Aai .He really though needs to stop with too much of hand movements ..It looks like he is playing Dumb Charades....However he was very good in the phone call scene...and his voice modulation with DIG was good...

I had huge hopes from the last track and next...But the wonderful direction and execution destroyed it all...This director has spoilt the entire show...So many scenes need retakes now...but unfortunately they are getting TRPs so they won't bother...I wanted it to go down for that reason...Even the way they shoot scenes looks like they are having a picnic on the set...This show will keep going down in terms of execution if they don't come out of their attitude of being No.2..

Direction, execution, editing, writing... is the main reason the scene come out so weird and funny. 😆 As they don't take care of anything even the acting comes out bad. We are lucky enough to have talented actors but they aren't using them rightly.

You also need to see Yamini's vlog on how these people practice for their scenes...It looks like they are practicing some parody show.. No sincerity at all...Director has been just giving them scripts and they act in whichever they want...DIrector is there to probably say CUT!

Any life threating surgery they need a written consent of either the person undergoing the surgery or a relative ( either relationship by blood or legal ) but in these kind of accident cases they allow even any relative like mother in law , father in law or even brother in law to sign. When no one is available even friend will do ..later once the patient can or relative becomes available they can sign a waiver

Example my bro I have given a written consent to take medical decisions on my behalf at anytime I am not capable of it . My husband legally does not need one

I took Ashwini's dialogue as why are you standing here talking bakwas, go find her and confess your feelings instead.

It was not to show that she doesn't care, she thinks that he is saying nonsense about dying and all this without trying at all.

Thats why he opened up about Mahabaleshwar and what happened there coz family thinks he didn't try to tell her about his feelings.
