Well that is wrong because a) those adults are not the parents of the kids

b) they’re threatening the kids or filing their ears against the parents so that they hate them. I know Ruhi hated Ishita because of something like that so she pretended to be a boy and the ‘boy’ became a huge superstar or something like that.
