This is from a tamil movie. The guy in the scene is a comedian. He has the perfect expression for every situation and has acted in hundreds of movies. No meme in TN is complete without the scenes or dialogues from his movues. He has left a treasure trove of scenes/dialogues for the meme creators. Top politicians, actors/actresses be it TV or movie are trolled using his scenes.
