The % of coverage matters. I distinctly remember news channels covering/discussing issues that opposition would raise to the Govt. i.e. Corruption, Inflation, unauthorized control of a certain family over the Indian Govt (read Prime Minister) etc. which are again the rightful thing to do.
In last 7 yrs if you see the pattern, the prime time media programs never, emphasing again, NEVER, cover questions that opposition raises to the Govt, without the agenda of mocking them. It's a systematic, over-the-period and huge money-and-power driven brainwash that BJP is injecting to the general public, that it's more important to mock, laugh and designify the questions oppositions raise. And to give the oppositions some break from constant humiliation, get an insignificant but high-visibility news like this with which it'd be easier to feed public for weeks/months until they find the next issue to mock opposition with. Congrats. Let's forget to even bring up the real issues, because this news, and the events following it i.e. Aryan getting bail etc. etc. I tell you, is going to change everyone's life. 🤟🏻
