NCB released a press release, which read, “In further development in Cr 94/21, the three accused namely Aryan Khan, Arbaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were arrested today on 03-10-2021 u/s 8 (c) r/w section 20 (b), 27, 28 & 29 of NDPS Act and were produced before the honorable holiday court today after their medical.

The honorable court granted 1 day NCB custody of the three accused. They will be produced again before the honorable court tomorrow for their judicial custody. Further, remaining 5 accused namely Nupur satija, Ishmeet Singh Chadha, Mohak jaiswal, Gomit chopra and Vikrant Chhokar were arrested later today and will be produced before the honorable ACMM Court tomorrow after their medical”.

It clearly mentions that Aryan was arrested. How is charged different from arrested? Any one with good knowledge of law would like to shed light on this?

How does that even matter ? I don’t know if this guy is an outsider but I think I saw a pic of this guy holding Aryans hand and walking him to the car but I could be wrong. He could be someone working in the NCB office not directly related to the team that conducted the raid. Or he could be related to someone in the NCB team who was eager to click a selfie with SRKs son . How does that invalidate Aryans arrest ?

Look it up. There are pics of Salman and Sanjay with cops , inside the police station,p. Heck, there are pics of Dutt and Salman INSIDE the lockup / cell with Salman smoking ( from one of his visits when Dutt was arrested in connection to 1993 bomb blasts ). And the current govt was not in power then. Happens all the time. Don’t be surprised if there are pics of Aryan sharing a dominos ka pizza with these people. Unprofessional or not… does not take away from the fact that he was caught with drugs on him.

Indian organisations are infamous for lax security standards.. recently in court two underworld people went inside faking as lawyers and killed their opponent in live court session. We have seen many such cases. This needs to be addressed.
