Like I said over and over, Aryan should be punished if he broke the law. But he shouldn't be punished just because he is SRK's son. Superstars' children shouldn't have MORE rights than you and me. But they shouldn't have LESS rights, either. You're right that other passengers could have called the press. I didn't think of it. But if NCB called the press, that was morally wrong and perhaps legally stupid because their case would become shaky.
