As per the story, Imlie was coerced by everyone into not giving up on her marriage with Adi and staying in the house as his wife. Adi only talked about taking up general responsibility for the baby.....baaki ka mirch masala GM has added in this IV to make it seems like Adi did right by everyone.....lol umm no he didn't....he insisted Imlie not leave him and is still insisting that Imlie understand his reason for deleting the video in order to save the baby's future.....lol

But yeah agree on the point that the beginning of the epi seems to hardly have a connection to the end of the epi these days.....it's all quite disjointed.

He criticised the makers final cut also … that scene may be one among them .

He criticized everyone from the writers to the editors to the audience.....sabji waale aur doodh waale ko kyun baksh diya, GM saab?😆.....unko bhi lapet lete to blame. Everyone else is to blame, but Adi bechara eternal victim hai jisko GM saab is trying to justify through his improvisations and nuances😆.

He can't have it all ways just like Adi tries to have it in the story too😆.....he gives one explanation in blaming the writers and then two lines later backtracks ki oh I'm not blaming them, unke deadlines hain😆......frustrated hai clearly but agar he has also resigned himself to the reality of daily soaps, toh phir itna long-winded explanation bhi kyun? LOL will it improve the story for us the audience? No na😆.....toh phir kis baat ka itna rona dhona ki main yeh add kar deta hoon, woh add kar deta hoon.....lol end result remains the same of Adi as a loser😆

Yeah Sunder has always came through for Imlie… their friendship is one of the beautiful relations in the show.

It’s all a mirage and a fake concern, as much as I hate to accept it. The more I analyze atheism episodes and GM’s IV, I just feel Imlie is helpless and bows down to others making decisions for her.

It appears as though she is strong and in control, but at the end of the day she just goes with the flow. If she tries to take a stance to move on, either her heart pulls her to be in that hell hole or the situations (be it SM or family or an NDE) that pulls her back to square one. Smoking mirrors, my friend. The makers don’t want to really show a strong female lead here, but hope we see a strong lead through it all. Hence the confusion and tangled emotions that are messed up across the fandom now.

All in all, more torturous and tumultuous episodes on their way it appears and this can only mean one thing for all fandom, D we DEPRESSION.

@bold: Yes, this back and forth will continue regarding Imlie. She is evolving as a person on some fronts but her core emotional conflict will always remain vis a vis her faith in SM deciding her fate as well as her faith in her marriage.....she will have days where she will feel beaten down by the circumstances, then days when she will rise up again stronger....it's not going to be a straight line.

And yes, the whole hook from the makers is to keep people watching in the HOPE that Imlie will emerge stronger. But they always leave the how and the when of it vague so that people can keep analyzing per their individual interpretations and perceptions. The capacity for patience varies from person to person....but those who want to continue to watch need to watch this without the expectation of some decisive once and for all win for Imlie.....the back and forth will likely keep continuing for the foreseeable future.

The makers don't seem perturbed that they have turned the story into depression central so they don't feel answerable on that front to anyone either.....lol

If Imlie is indeed going to use her brains to make practical decisions, why did she still listen to her heart and expect Adi to come pick her up from the college? LOL subah toh badaa bolke gayi thi ki koi zaroorat nahin mujhe lene aane ki, main khud aa jaaungi - and then trophy jeetne ke baad khud hi expectations develop kar liye ki he said he will come so he will come? Ismein kahaan thi practicality that so late at night, you'd rather wait for him to come instead of taking up the manner offers of a lift and getting home safely? Dimaag kahaan lagaya Imlie ne even after giving such a grand speech?😆.....cuz sab kuch bas tokenism and contrivance ke liye hai aajkal.....even speeches with good dialogues😆.

I think they were talking in terms of the decision she has already taken in allowing M to stay in the house with the baby.....Imlie thinks that was dimaag se liya hua "practical" decision for the sake of the baby😆.....Adi and realizing where his decisions went wrong? LOL is this even possible? Eternal victimhood is all that man seems to be on.

Back in another lifetime when dialogues on this show meant something for more than the duration of the scene.....is this indicative of the "practical" decision she is going to repeatedly have to take in the coming days...going by how she also tied this with buddhi giving you himmat to take on zimmedaaris...so she's going to push Adi actively to take "iss situation/nanhi si jaan" ki zimmedaari?😆 seeing as to how Adi doesn't need more than 2 seconds to fall for a dahi bhalle scheme anyway?....aur iss sab mein Aparnaji will notice how Imlie time and again thinks about this parivaar and aane wali nanhi si jaan and redemption hoga at snail's pace?🤔😆

Short answer? Yes 😆….that is what it seemed to be indicating to me too with all the talk regarding zimmedaari and making difficult decisions from the brain and sticking to them.

She will be shown trying to be mahaan about the responsibility towards the baby while simultaneously feeling hurt about Adi’s lack of trust/regard for her as well and isi back and forth mein kar sakti hai another decision to leave 🤷‍♀️😂…..this time she can claim woh apne liye soch kar le rahi hai decision. Kya dilemma hai..first set the premise of their bond so strongly tied to destiny and SM ka aashirvaad ki 2 sec alag huye toh BAM NDE or SM ka ishaara🤣.....but then set up such untenable scenarios ki potli lekar jaana hi hai lol

Pata nahi how long they will be able to drag this phase with such a CHILL response on all sides for Rapist Didi? Tomorrow's a new week so dekhte hain how they find new ways to ghumaao the story to the same point while increasingly normalising and trivialising heinous crimes🤪

I think he is referring to the part where he says Imlie takes all the decisions from this point on and whatever she says will happen.

So she could have chosen to leave the house and ask Adi to stay with Malini and child and he would have taken her decision without blinking an eye. He requested her to stay as that was his wish but because of his victim mentality is now resigned to her leaving. He no longer will faint or fall sick but live with all the wrongs doled out to him - if thats what she wants. 🤢

They have done his character some serious damage - but I agree with the others - I think the way the writers are going - it seems to be more towards the emergence of a strong Imlie inspite of all the kachra she is dealt with.

Just like Adi may have resigned to his life focussed on bachha and thereby Malini, Imlie may also look to explore college and her other life...while also staying in T house(thats the part I don't get - but if Imlie thinks thinking with brain is staying in torture and being a mountain....that's her - at least they explained it for us). I will be ok - as long as they dont show Imlie devastated by all this. No logic - but that seems to be writers stance - take it or leave it.

At this point I am resigned to the fact that this back and forth behavior of imlie and didi creating new situations which is going to put Adi in a position - imlie or baby - is going to continue for atleast two weeks. I am trying to garner all the strength from you guys and SM 🙏🏽🙏🏽
