Maybe they're going for a dukhi emotional angle with a mother-to-be Keerti so people can see her as a redeeming character? I often go back to randomly watch old epis and I'm sorry, I don't see how these two can be redeemed in a convincing manner after everything they've done. I am constantly frustrated with VD's character as well but can still give him a chance unlike these two. Sunny is not a good husband as it is and now they are bringing a child into the picture? What happened to him being commitment-phobic? They were already a dysfunctional couple, was it necessary to add a baby on top of that? This might lead to more scenes with Raghav/Pallavi/both deciding 'the right thing to do' and zameer and masoom jaan and 'she's the sister after all'. Ab isko full-fledged family drama na bana de🤔
