For being too in business you’ve to be harsh, I think 7th sky is a very competitive PH and in competition you definitely pressurize your employees. I believe in the rule of productivity.
My boss is very harsh too but he told me that aise employees ko push karna hi hai, and you know how hypocrite the industry is anyway
