Also what if raghav himself separates from pallavi saying he is not goof enough for her. So even though he has anxiety and calls her, there is nothing anyone can do as he is choosing to stay away from her and torturing himself

Yeah … May be he chooses to stay away as he won’t stop his illlegal business .. Itna heavy dialogues maara hai .. rr ne .. junoon khatam rr katham and all … but eventually they will get back together ..

High probability of this, because his guilt will make him unable to face her. He will be another level of crazy, the volcano that the writers keep promising us but that we don't see it. Sai's skills are about to be tested.

If you see the BTS where he's holding her and screaming in agony, then you know what his soul is going through. He will be relieved to see her recover but he won't be the same again. Nope.

I would love to see this, and it would mean he'd become even more protective and possessive about her, but it's more likely that he will keep his distance.

Edit: I do feel that if he gets aggressive then both ladies are right to shield Pallavi from his madness.
