don't know about India, but in US we keep the sticker of the insurance on number plate , we will have each year a different color like 2021 green, 2022 orange etc.. and month will be printed on it. so Green Oct means expires in October 2021... every vehicle follows the rule so everyone has visibility

Same here...I went there just to see the detective giri...In my country we can find lot of details by vehicle number from the government vehicle registration site....

creepy stalking....we do that only when we are planning to buy used vehicle just to see the history of the vehicle...this is crazy
