From what I know most academy have rules that prohibit any kind of love relationships btw colleagues with whom they have or can have a reporting relationship. Since it can reek of bias.

Sid and mona both have wrecked rules many a time ..

Sid did not get food so she won't eat ..he is punished for behaving with senior in a manner which the senior has also deemed inappropriate.
