Very very honestly and frankly- actors from any industry be it bolly, holly, telly or any other regional - they are way more open n practical about these things.. not all ofcourse but most of them.. and many times while shooting very intimate scenes likes liplock or SR - many actors/actresses do request for less crew around them like only dop, director, makeup artist and producers n directors do accept their request..

If you have noticed then in many scenes they are being very careful with shivangi's saree so her body dont get exposed in bad way..
