It is a detox method laid down by one Dr.Heather Ashton iirc . However , idk if a forum also exists by that name .

Earlier, I used to watch a hindi tv show and I came across IndiaForums by searching for written updates for the show. Then I slowly became part of the Forum fam. 1 year later I quit the tv forums and joined the Bollywood Forum and still continue to upto this date.

After finding the forum I didn't post for 2 years only silently read then 2 years later I joined

I found IF when I searching for Star Plus show Saarrthi music.

I joined IF to follow Tv show Dill Mill Gayye
