On a serious note Sunny saying about renaming RR mansion gave me bad vibes I was expecting this TBH that Raghav will go bankrupt

IF Raghav doesn't have any offshore accounts (how dumb would that be), and he does in fact have to go bankrupt and sell the house ... then there's no way Sunny would get it - he couldn't afford it.

The only way I imagine Sunny getting the house is if Raghav transfers the deed of the house to Keerti or Amma, in order to keep it away from govt coming to collect funds. That way he can say it's not his property, and it can't be put up for sale to pay the fines/back taxes/etc. If it was under Pallavi's name, it would be up for auction too (maybe?). But this way, Sunny would be able to "take" the house.
