If they are trying to address the angle of what would Adi have done if Malini hadn't agreed to divorce him right away after he told her the full truth, that still didn't need this cheap fake pregnancy angle.

If Adi is still Adi, he will find a way to keep doing Imlie jaap regardless of even this turn of events. If Adi is still Adi, then he will maintain his stance that he can't give Malini any happiness or the love she wants, so he doesn't get the point of them being together.

The most they can show is him again wallowing in guilt over getting trapped but he will not give up his stance that Imlie is his everything. Forcing him to stay with anyone will not change that truth.

And I don't see Imlie leaving him over this either. So what will Didi have achieved in the end? Still ghanta.

Adi-Imlie's marriage and their relationship is already beyond legal technicalities and always has been....Malini can shout herself hoarse in her delusions but it won't change the truth. She can check off all the list of technicalities of what she thinks makes a marriage - physical relations, a baby or whatever....but ultimately without actual love and consent, there is nothing.

Anyways they keep finding a way to stretch out this vicious cycle....god only knows what lame point they want to prove.

In a way now I can see why the makers tortured us with 'didi' mahaan worship by Imlie. I thought it was for her interference post Adilie marriage...now it seems like they wanted to ensure it was shown that Imlie did everything in her power to do right by didi.

Silver lining is when Adilie happens there will be no didi worship or guilt. She has done everything in her power to disgust Adi. If they show Adilie acceptance of her after ww - that will again be torture.

Somehow in all this - will they eventually move to Imlie story or will this be one cringefest after other is what I want to know.

Going by the track record of this PH, now I am not certain or even look forward to Adilie happening anymore. I won't be surprised, if all of a sudden they both die and then are reborn and go through same shit again...and I know, that is not the story is about but just saying since I have no faith whatsoever anymore with the way the story has been going ever since the truth reveal.

It is beyond me that they're showing this kind of crap in a prime time show. Looking at what's happening here, I am actually appreciating contrived NKK round about arc of IB. Despite that whole track being months long at least we were getting our lulzs time to time to stay entertained, while here the drama NEVER ends.

How much a 19yr old needs to suffer to prove her worth & be accepted by the family? and in their current court room drama, which looks to be social messaging that men too can be victim of sexual abuse, do they really not see what they're making Imlie go through? I mean that girl has been taking abuse her entire life, first because of Dev, then Mrs. C and now the T's since last almost 60 episodes.

Since so many months now they're showing "build up" for something or the other justifying Imlie's suffering & abuse and then fall flat right after that, without concluding anything and the cycle keeps repeating...and in all these Didi continues to escape unscathed without an ounce of remorse, accountability or results of her actions...

THIS! and that is the most demotivating thing for me to keep watching this show. As someone else said on the thread too, that there's no balance of good vs. evil here...the evil continues to overshadow the truth, so much so that you almost lose hope to see anything good. And the worst part is, even after this "grand reveal" whenever that happens, Didi will STILL be present in the story so it's not like they'll get rid of her. She will still be there toh abhi to thoda break do is se!

Malini will likely threaten him openly with the legal status of the marriage. All this might tie back to the fact that Adi thought everything was sorted with the divorce being mutual but now Malini will likely threaten him directly that she will destroy Imlie's life with some legal case or jail or something if he doesn't agree to stay with her. She knows Adi and Imlie are each other's vulnerability, so she will keep using that.....pehle she threatened to destroy Adi's life to scare Imlie into leaving him, so she can easily do the reverse to threaten Adi with destroying Imlie's life so that he is blackmailed into not sending Malini to jail.

I just want to get this out of my system- I understand the promo is upsetting and the fandom is worried and rightfully so. But I am NOT giving up on Adi imlie. This is THEIR story and it will be their story till the end.

I have faith in the fact that their story will progress after these hurdles and this is the final hurdle they have to get through before they can start their married life together. I genuinely feel heartbroken at the different posts going around with matching imlie to another person and what not. Adi and Imilie are meant to be together and they will be and I am not giving up on them no matter what. You might find me ridiculous at this point but anyone who has seen the story from the beginning should know this that this is the story of Imlie and her husband is Adi.

The promo is misleading in my opinion and they could drag this out to make it cringeworthy but the end goal is Adilie and I am not giving up on that.

So what do we think Imlie will do?? - will she stop the process of sending MAlini to jail - accept defeat - just because Adi asked her?

She is a strong person. Even if Adi is being black mailed to stay married to Malini - for whatever reason - why would Imlie accede to Adi. Yes she loves him - but she is shown to be a strong person who also wants to be a journalist - so she may not be willing to back down.

And post promo what will Adi do - stay with Malini because of the blackmail - baby or Imlie related - whatever it may be.

Also if as people are saying Malini is blackmailing Adi regarding Imli - she could have just done it - baby was not needed. So why then the baby twist and the blackmail? Baby is false and to cover blackmail. They have convoluted the whole story.

Sandy - I think mostly everyone knows endgame is Adilie.

Whether it is a Adilie they can all enjoy or an Adilie with the baggage of Adini baby that they will be forced to put up with to see Adilie is the question. And even with no adini baby - how much Adilie will be affected because of destruction of Adi's character that viewers wont have the same enjoyment of Adilie...if all Adi said was not lasting at signs of trouble. And this is a PH that has also done shows like Namak, Q?H etc. So We can look at what they have shown to date as being not too bad...but there is no trust that they will remain faithful to core story or character sketch.

If makers come through - then great!

I don't get into the usual reactionary statements of demanding new ML for Imlie or sending her off on "alag raah".....lol that is not the solution to these problems. Yes, the story is just taking one ugly turn after the other since a long time now but it still won't change the basic fact that Adi-Imlie are each other's home and always will be. There isn't going to be anyone else for them.....it's a cosmic connection they share or it wouldn't have survived all this keechad that is being thrown on them since way back.

The promo is another in a round of torturous things being thrown at us and yes things look all dark yet again....but even if I take a break, this story will never stop being Adi-Imlie's story to me. There is no Adini, no matter what howling people or Malini types want to do.....baby le aao, heck grandbaby bhi le aao, maar daalo, kaat daalo....there still won't be any Adini.

Koi bhi raah chun lo, manzil will be Adilie only.
