It is expected of them. They are not like Fateh the fool to let go of gem like Tejo so soon. I do feel if today if JasFa was married and Fateh wanted to divorce Jasso baby then they would be the first one to pack her bags.

So basically Tejo is victim of Virk brother and sister. Both brother sisyer are having an affaire. Both are cowards. One cheated her as husband and another one has tied her in promise of her cheating.

Even if he does not tear it and the divorce procedure started then according to Indian law they will give time for the couple to settle their disputes, and also since Fatejo is not married for a year court might give six months time. Agar annulment hota toh may be it would have been granted soon I think, not sure though.
I do feel Papa Virk will use his political power to stall the divorce.
