Baba sai is neither a love guru nor a spiritual guide, kisi insaan ko spirituality ke liye guide ki zaroorat nahi hoti, baba sai is the mentor or should I say the friend whom Farhad needed to heal. When Farhad arrived in Multan all messed up and mute, torn in pain, what was the logical thing to do? Ye ke ghar wapaas jao aur phir maro? Ya phir to slowly counsel him and rebuild his faith in himself? Baba said did the thing which should have been done, if someone comes to you after being infected with love and heartburn, you don’t send them back to only face back lash and humiliation instead you counsel them, pull them out of the depression which exactly what happened with Farhad.
Now as Farhad is in a better state m, it’ll be his own decision to follow khuda and not baba sai’s influence, baba sai can only tell him how khuda is unbiased and great but to connect with that world and to devote everything for the greater peer can only come if that specific person has the strength and junoon in him, so Farhad will transcend there all in his own terms but Baba Sai was the messenger, just to heal that bitterness and to make Farhad accept that he’s going to gain nothing with the bitterness.
My reviews are well what I understand from the show, sadly Hassan Aamna doesn’t care to review with an open mind or honesty, all they do is beat around the surface and doesn’t even touch the main theme of the episode. Inko jo bhi gine chune views milte hai woh bhi bandh hojayenge with the way they look confused and uninformed. Also, they don’t do their homework I feel.
The god thing is they praised the performances and there is no doubt left that they ain’t favoring Feroze or anyone, they equally criticize Farhad and the show so the initial accusations on how Farhad gets all hits just because Feroze plays him looks so redundant. They talk about Farhad in both good and bad ways just how we do, and even though we love Farhad doesn’t mean we don’t see the flaws in him but the the connect with Farhad was always there at least in my case, in fact I knew why he did things which nobody understood but later they showed exactly what I had told or predicted about him, he’s just so easy to connect with if you stop expecting him to meet the standards of your reference heroes.
